These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by RodTechz Mobile Mechanic, located at 14717 2nd Ave, Rosamond, CA 93560, United States. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Terms and Conditions of Rod Techz Mobile Mechanic
Services Provided
RodTechz Mobile Mechanic offers mobile vehicle repair and roadside assistance services, including but not limited to:
Engine diagnostics
Transmission services
Tire repairs
Brake system repairs
Oil changes
Starter repairs
General roadside assistance
Note: We do not offer towing services.
Service Area
Services are provided within Rosamond, CA, and surrounding areas. Service availability outside this area is subject to additional fees and approval by RodTechz Mobile Mechanic.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on the scope of work and parts required.
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Additional fees may apply for services outside regular business hours or emergency requests.
Appointment and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability.
Customers must notify RodTechz Mobile Mechanic of cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Service Warranty
RodTechz Mobile Mechanic offers a limited warranty on parts and labor, which is valid for 30 days from the date of service.
Warranty does not cover issues caused by customer negligence, accidents, or improper use of the vehicle.
Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and will require proof of service.
Customer Responsibilities
Ensure that the vehicle is in a safe and accessible location for service.
Provide accurate information about the vehicle’s condition and history.
Understand that services are provided based on the information given by the customer and observed during the inspection.
Limitation of Liability
RodTechz Mobile Mechanic is not liable for damages or losses caused by:
Customer's failure to disclose accurate vehicle information.
Pre-existing issues not identified during inspection.
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
Emergencies and Roadside Assistance
Roadside assistance is provided as quickly as possible; however, response time may vary based on location and demand.
Customers must remain in a safe location and comply with safety instructions provided by the mechanic.
Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information, such as contact details and payment information, will be collected only for service purposes.
RodTechz Mobile Mechanic will not share or sell customer information to third parties, except as required by law.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
RodTechz Mobile Mechanic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the customer.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kern County, California.
